If you’re moving out, selling a property, or preparing it for new tenants, it’s always worth allowing a little extra time in case hidden problems are uncovered once the property is emptied.

After all, it’s much easier to deal with these issues before the inventory clerk, landlord, estate agent, or new tenant walks through the door.

Tea, coffee, wine, makeup, pet accidents, food spills, paint, ink, rust, and bleach damage all behave very differently. The age of the stain, the type of carpet, and what has already been used to try and remove it can all affect the outcome.

One of the biggest problems we see is well-meaning DIY attempts. Supermarket stain removers can sometimes set a stain permanently or leave a sticky residue that attracts even more dirt.
