Our Team

Fitz2Kleen are a small family owned and run business. Our staff are fully trained in house and always carry out their jobs faster and better than anyone else.

We have over the years developed our own cleaning methods. No matter the size of the job our methods have been proven to provide the best results in the shortest time causing less inconvenience to our customers.

From Carpet Cleans to Full House Clearances and Cleans our team will Provide a Reliable, Friendly, and Professional Service.

Whilst it is known that we have over 30 years of experience in this industry we thought it would be nice to share with you what got us to where we are today and what continues to drive us into the future.

We are a family run business that currently spans 3 generations. From Mark and his background in Engineering as well as Fire & Flood Restoration and Trena who not only has a background in specialist cleaning but also in palliative care to our youngest member, Millie (Aged 2) who is currently doing her training to become our receptionist. She can often be heard shouting ‘Hello Fitz2Kleen’ in the background when the phone rings.

On the front line with Mark, you’ll find our daughter Vikki.
Vikki has been with us since Fitz2Kleen started back in 2008. Initially, Vikki was working in the office but she wanted more of a challenge so is now a pivotal member of our onsite teams.

As well as this she is also mum to Millie and her fellow Fitz2Kleen trainees Ellie (aged 12) & Graycie (aged 9).

When they are not at school learning about the ways of the world and how to do partitioning (Yes, they now teach children how to partition their numbers, because that’s something they will need regularly lol) you will find Ellie working hard on the PC making her own unique presentations about us and if not there she is usually helping Trena stay on top of all the office paperwork.
Graycie, on the other hand, prefers a more hands on approach like her mum and Grandad so if you’re looking for her then you should check the laundry.
She makes it her job to ensure that the necessary equipment is clean and ready for the staff to use so they can carry out their work to an award winning standard

Then holding it all together you will find Trena.
She’s in the office making sure that you experience the care and attention you deserve from your very first point of contact.

Working behind the scenes Trena makes sure that the staff are where they are supposed to be and carrying out the job that they have been tasked with. As well as this you’ll also find her keeping all of the paperwork in check, making sure the staff have the right PPE to allow them to carry out your job safely.
Her main job though is to carry out training on the in-house trainees as these 3 girls are the future of Fitz2Kleen.
